Photon Legal was founded by two IP powerhouses — Amit Koshal and Prayank Khandelwal — who’ve lived and breathed Intellectual Property for over a decade. This isn’t theory for them. It’s mission.

Amit served as in-house Patent Counsel at Motorola (US) — yes, the same company that brought us the legendary Moto Razr. He led the charge on patents that powered one of the most iconic devices of its time.
Prayank studied IP law in Israel, a country known for punching far above its weight in innovation. When it comes to global IP strategy, he plays to win — not play it safe.
Along the way, they noticed a tough truth: founders, creators, and builders pour their lives into ideas — but without protection, those ideas are exposed. That didn’t sit right with them.
So they built Photon Legal — a bold, AI-first LegalTech firm built to turn fragile ideas into bulletproof IP assets.
